La Société Céramique Belge de Baudour (Cerabel) (1934 – 1977), originated from ‘The Fuisseaux Baudour’ from Henegouwen (Belgium), a porcelain and pottery plant. Cerabel’s activities were very diverse: household items and tableware (daily serving, luxury and hotel servings), artifacts, figurines, vases, fantasy articles, decorative and advertising items, mudflowers and graffiti decorations, laboratory articles, industrial and electrotechnical porcelain (electrical high voltage insulators). Cerabel worked with artists such as Mary Dambiermont, a Belgian artist, famous for her tapestries and mosaics in glass, Muriel Deconinck, Toni Caporale and Belgian sculptor Strebelle Olivier, born in 1927.
