Ine Bollen (Woerden 1933 – ) was educated (1962-1967) at the Academy St. Joost in Breda. She has had lessons from Jan Gladdines. The starting point of her work is mostly man and animal and her aim is to achieve the original form. She prefers to see her work performed in concrete because of the earthy appearance of the material. Usually, the clay shapes are converted into concrete via molds, which preserves the plastic nature of the image.
