Gerda (Gerritje) Vis-Visser (Haarlem 1898 – Beverwijk 1976). She was a pupil of Félicien Bobeldijk and Henri Frédéric Boot. She studied at Ateliers ’63 in Haarlem and at the St. Ives School of Painting. She worked in Great Britain, Texel, in Witmarsum and from 1969 in Beverwijk. She was a member of the society of visual artists ‘Kunst zij ons Doel’ in Haarlem. She was an aquarellist, sculptor, painter, draftsman, ceramist and pastelist. She died in Beverwijk in 1976.
